Several partners of the FunDive consortium were present at the 12th International Mycological Congress (IMC12), which took place in Maastricht, the Netherlands between 11 and 15 August 2024. Nuytinck et al. presented a poster to introduce the FunDive project to the world. Haelewaters et al. presented a poster specifically focusing on the engagement of citizen scientists towards fungal conservation in Europe. Both posters were well received, and many conversations were held by the poster authors and interested participants of IMC12.
